BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Northwestern Water and Sewer District (The District) delivers water and sewer services to over 20,000 customer accounts in Wood, Henry, Sandusky, and Hancock counties. Although many of our projects are underground, our utility work can impact water and sewer service and roads throughout our area. Updates are highlighted in bold and underlined. All work is weather permitting.

McComb: Waterline Installation
Through March, lane and shoulder restrictions are possible on E. Main Street, east of Park Drive and at the intersection of Park Drive and Main Street for waterline installation. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers/temporary traffic signals. Project investment: $143,000. Project complete: March.

Middleton and Center Township: SR 582/Dunbridge Water and Sewer Project
Through December intermittent lane and shoulder restrictions are possible along Dunbridge Road near SR 582 and on Mercer Road just south of SR 582 for restoration work. Project investment: $13.1 million. Project complete: December.
Northwood: Curtice Road Pump Station Replacement
Through December, the intersection of Bihl Avenue and Olde Curtice Road may be closed for pump station replacement work. Local access will be maintained. Project investment: $370,000. Project complete: December.
Northwood, Rossford, and Lake Township: Waterline Replacement Project *UPDATE*
Through December, lane and shoulder restrictions are possible on Glenwood Road from SR 795 to Buck Road for service line connections and waterline work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Additional work in Northwood, Lake Township, and Rossford will be announced. Project investment: $5.6 million. Project complete: January.
