HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING
November 11, 2025
The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Vice Chairman Casey with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Casey, Wymer. Absent: Brumbaugh
It was moved by Wymer seconded by Casey to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 28, 2025 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for October 2025 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling $ 10,858.20.
Roll call: Ayes: Brumbaugh, Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.

Old Business
Mower has been ordered – will be notified when delivered to dealership
Ditch meeting with local land owner and County Eng. office has not been scheduled at this point
Frontier continues to install poles around township – will continue to monitor.
New Business
Company that owns poles along Rudolph Rd. from Cygnet Rd. south has been contacted about removal due to poor condition.
North presented check for zoning permit, notified board that Schumacher Homes changes are on hold for now, and reported that he responded to question about fence permit.
Francisco reported: hope to finish mowing during the week and then will transition to winter operations.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey to approve the purchase of holiday gift card from Great Scott for road employees. ($50 each) Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Wymer, seconded by Casey to move to executive session for the purpose of discussing candidates to replace Mr. Brumbaugh as Trustee Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Casey, seconded by Wymer to appoint Tony Swartz to fill the seat vacated by Clifford Brumbaugh. Roll call: Ayes: Casey, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.
There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
