The Village of North Baltimore has scheduled a Special Council Meeting for Tuesday, November 25th at 5:00 PM at the Village Council Chambers.
Agenda Overview
Council will convene for the Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call, followed by action to excuse absent members (if needed).

• Ordinance 2025-32 – Supplemental appropriations for FY 2025
• Ordinance 2025-33 – Transfer of funds for FY 2025
• Resolution 37-2025 – Employee compensation for FY 2026
• Ordinance 2025-34 – Annual appropriations for FY 2026
• Ordinance 2025-35 – Amendment to DORA container requirements
Third Reading
• Resolution 34-2025 – EMS agreement with Jackson Township
Executive Session
Council may enter executive session to discuss matters related to the appointment, employment, discipline, or compensation of a public employee or official, pursuant to ORC 121.22(G)(1).
The meeting will adjourn upon completion of business.
